Online Store Regulations – ModHanger

§1. Definitions

  1. Seller – ModHanger, with its registered office at: Kokota 118/4, 41-711 Ruda Śląska, NIP: [NIP number], REGON: [REGON number], email: contakt@modhanger.com.

  2. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.

  3. Store – the online store operated by the Seller at www.modhanger.com.

  4. Product – 9 in 1 Hanger Pro™ offered by the Store.

  5. Sales Agreement – a contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Store.

  6. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business activity.

§2. General Provisions

  1. The Store sells 9 in 1 Hanger Pro™ through the website www.modhanger.com.

  2. Customers can contact the Store via email at contakt@modhanger.com.

  3. The Seller operates within Europe and delivers orders only within the continent.

  4. Prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

§3. Terms of Concluding a Sales Agreement

  1. Customers can place an order through the Store’s website.

  2. The Sales Agreement is concluded upon the Customer receiving an order confirmation via email.

  3. Orders can be placed 24/7, but processing occurs on business days.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in justified cases (e.g., product unavailability).

§4. Payment Terms and Order Processing

  3. Order processing takes 21 to 30 business days.

  4. Delivery is carried out via courier services (e.g., DPD, InPost, DHL).

  5. Shipping costs are provided on the Store’s website.

§5. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 90 days of receiving the order without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller via email at contakt@modhanger.com.

  3. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging and sent to the Seller’s registered address.

  4. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.

  5. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer unless the return is due to a Seller’s mistake or a defective product.

§6. Complaints and Warranty

  1. All products offered in the Store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  2. Customers have the right to file a complaint if the product is defective.

  3. Complaints must be submitted via email to contakt@modhanger.com, providing details of the defect.

  4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer of the next steps.

  5. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will either replace the product or refund the purchase cost.

§7. Personal Data Protection

  1. Customers’ personal data is processed in compliance with applicable laws and the Store’s Privacy Policy.

  2. The Seller is the data controller.

  3. Customer data is stored and processed using Shopify’s system, which ensures high security standards.

  4. Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change these regulations. Changes take effect upon publication on the Store’s website.

  2. Matters not regulated by these terms are subject to Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
