Refund Policy of ModHanger Online Store
§1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made in the online store www.modhanger.com.

§2. Conditions for Returning a Product

The Customer has the right to return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt without providing a reason (in accordance with consumer rights regulations).

To initiate a return, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision via email at contakt@modhanger.com.

The product must be returned in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer unless the return is due to an error by the Seller or a defective product.
§3. Refund Process

A refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the returned product is received by the Seller.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase unless the Customer agrees to a different refund method.

If the payment was made by card, the refund will be credited to the bank account associated with the card.

If the payment was made via bank transfer, the Customer must provide their bank account number for the refund.
§4. Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right to return does not apply if the product has been damaged due to the Customer’s fault or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
§5. Complaints and Returns Due to Product Defects

If the Customer receives a defective product, they have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable law.

If the complaint is approved, the Seller will replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase cost.

In the case of a complaint, the refund also includes the cost of delivering the defective product.
